Check-in/Check-out:
Check-in time is 12:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Payment:
Payment is due at the time of check-in. We accept cash and online transfers only.

Cancellation Policy:
50% refund if cancelled 7 days prior to check-in. No refund for cancellations within 7 days.

Guests:
Maximum occupancy per room is [2 persons in Room No 101 & 3 persons in Room No 103]. Extra beds/children may incur additional charges.

Smoking/Alcohol:
Smoking and consumption of alcohol are not allowed inside the premises.

Noise/Silent Hours:
Silence is maintained between 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep noise levels low.

Valuables:
The homestay is not responsible for loss of valuables. Guests are advised to talk to the management for safe custody of valuables.

Gates Closing Time:
Main gates close at 10:00 PM. Late arrivals need prior approval.

Guest Policies:
Age: Guests below 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.
ID Proof: All guests must provide valid ID proof (Aadhaar, Passport, etc.) at check-in.
Unmarried Couples not allowed.
Local Guests: Local guests meeting up with check-in guests must leave by:
- 8:00 PM (Winter)
- 10:00 PM (Summer)
Women Guests: Meeting area is the lounge. Women guests are not allowed inside rooms at any time.
Pets: Zeepy's Homestay is pet friendly for potty trained pets. Untrained pets littering will attract charges.
Food: Food as per customers convenience. Guests have an option for pre-order at Zeepy's Kitchen, self cooking or order online.
Damage: Guests will be charged for any damage to the property during occupation.
Cleanliness and Privacy: Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness and respect the privacy of other guests.
Conduct: Zeepy's Homestay reserves the right to expel guests if found intimidating other guests or creating disturbances or abnormal scenes inside the property.

Facilities:
Kitchen: Gas, utensils, and fridge provided. Breaking kitchen items will attract charges.
Washing Machine: Provided with water and electricity (chargeable). Detergent to be borne by customers.
Drying Clothes: A dedicated area with hangers and an overhead shed is provided to sun dry clothes. Guests are requested not to hang clothes in the lounge area or front entrance verandah.

Local tours to Majuli and Sibsagar arranged through local travel agencies.
